Q: Can I cancel if I don't like it?
​A: Yes, you can cancel whenever you'd like without penalty.  Simply make sure to cancel before your trial is over to avoid being billed.

Q: If I cancel, do I lose all of my reviews?
​A: No. You keep all of your reviews 😀 Once a review is left on your review page there is no way that we can remove it or take it down...nor would we ever do that to you!

Q: Is there a way to remove or delete one of my bad reviews?
​A: Unfortunately the only real way to have a bad review removed is for the person that wrote it to take it down.  In a small number of cases, the review site may take the review down if it violates their review policies.  If you'd like our opinion on whether or not one of your reviews has a chance of being removed, chat with us online or give us a call at (888) 979-2379

Q: How hard it is to get setup?
​A: Well, we do all the setup for you, so not hard at all! Because we have real humans that setup every account, it usually takes us about 30-45 minutes to get everything up and running for you!
