New year, new look! We're excited to announce that in the next couple of weeks, users will begin to see an updated design coming to the app.

What's Changing
This is primarily a "look and feel" update to the app! All the functionality you've come to expect from the app will be the same. This update just gives the app a cleaner, more modern look to make it easier to use.
We are introducing some new, much asked-for features like:
AI-powered review replies to make responding to reviews faster and easier
Ability to have multiple review campaigns and choose between them when sending review requests
Contact exporting from the dashboard (beta, limited to 100 contact exports)
Mark reviews as spam to hide from widgets/social sharing
Customer segmenting in review requests (it's coming back!)
