The Mark Reviews as Spam feature allows you to label a review as spam inside the app to remove it from your website widgets and/or social sharing.
NOTE: Marking a review as spam inside the app does NOT report/flag the review to the review site as spam. That must be done on the review site itself. Marking the review as spam inside the app only removes it from website widgets and/or social sharing functionality.
To mark a review as spam inside the app, go to My Reviews. Then, find the review you want to mark as spam and click the Mark as Spam button:
The app will confirm the review is marked as spam, and the review will then be hidden from website widgets and will not be shared to Facebook if social sharing is turned on.
To un-mark a review as spam, simply click the Not Spam button:
The review will then re-appear in website widgets and may be shared to social media if social sharing is turned on.
