You can add additional email addresses to be included in the review alert notifications that are sent from the system. There are two types of notifications the system can send by email:

  • Daily new review alert (sent 1/x day, if new reviews are detected from public review sites connected to the location)

  • Direct review/private feedback messages (sent immediately when private feedback form is submitted)

In a Business, go to Reports > Report Settings, and click on Share:

To add an email address to receive that alert - In the box that says "Search Users", just type any email address and click the Add+ button to add it:

You can enter as many emails as you like this way, then click "OK" to save when done!

If you click back into Share at any time, you'll see the emails you've added!

You can also remove emails from the alerts by clicking the "X" to delete them.
