To edit your email or text campaigns, click to Campaigns under Review Requests in your navigation:
Edit SMS Campaign
To edit the text message (SMS) campaign, click on SMS Templates:
Click the Edit button to make changes to your text message campaign:
In the Edit screen, you can update the content of the text message, and/or add or remove reminders. Click to Save when done editing:
IMPORTANT: Always make sure to hit the blue Publish button after saving any changes, to make those changes live for all future campaign messages sent:
Edit Email Campaign
To edit the email campaign, click on Email Templates:
Click the Edit button to make changes to your email campaign:
