Some Get More Reviews features require you to connect your Google My Business account inside your dashboard for full functionality. These features include:
Review Replies
To connect your Google My Business account, click to Review Sites in your dashboard:
2. If you don't have a Google listing connected to your account, click the + to Add Review Site and type/select Google:
If you do already have a Google listing connected, click the option to Sign in with Google and proceed to step 4:
3. If adding your Google listing for the first time, select the option to Sign in with Google:
4. On the next page, you may be given the option to select which of your Google accounts you want to proceed with. Choose the Google account through which you manage the Google My Business listing for your business:
5. In the next step, click Continue:
6. Ensure you've checked all boxes to allow all requested permissions, then click Continue:
6. You will then be redirected back to the app - if you manage multiple Google listings, select the correct one for the location you are in, and click Add Review Site:
7. You will see a confirmation once the Google account is connected!
