Campaign Settings Overview

Learn about the options for settings you can use to control and customize your review request campaigns, including schedule and content.

There are a number of settings you can use to control the content and sending details of your review campaigns. To edit campaign settings, click to Campaigns under Review Requests in your navigation:

Under the Campaigns menu, you'll see 4 sections:

General Settings

Under General Settings, you'll find settings related to the overall running/sending of the campaign, including:

  • Email "From" Name - name that appears as Sender Name in email requests

  • Daily Review Request Quota Per Method - how many review requests the system should allow to send daily

  • Stop Reminder Messages - choose to automatically stop reminder messages on open or click

  • Number of days to prevent duplicates - choose how many days the system should prevent a review request sending to the same contact

  • Schedule Settings - choose which days of the week/hours of the day the system should allow sending

SMS Templates

Under SMS Templates, you can edit the content of your text message review requests, and add/remove reminder messages from the SMS campaign.

Email Templates

Under Email Templates, you can edit the content of your email review requests, and add/remove reminder messages from the email campaign.

Review Request Page Design

Under Review Request Page Design, edit the content that appears on the review landing page and the feedback message page.
