There is no limit to the number of reviews you can get with your Review Tap Card! Your card is valid for life and can be tapped an unlimited number of times.
Does my customer have to have a special app to use this?
Nope! Our Review Tap Card technology is even easier than a QR code - no need to open the camera app or any other special app. Just tap the phone to the card to activate!
Do I have to program the card once I receive it?
No, your card arrives pre-programmed with your Get More Reviews landing page so it is ready to use immediately!
How many cards do I need?
This depends on your business type. We sell Review Tap Cards in packs of 3, 5, or 10. The 3-pack is great for solo entrepreneurs or small/mom & pop businesses. The 5-pack is best for businesses with 1-2 employees, or multiple places you have contact with customers. The 10-pack would be great for businesses with 5-10 employees. It's always good to have a few extra cards in case they are lost.
What if I have multiple locations?
No problem, just place a separate order for each location! Enter each location name in the "Business Name" field when placing the order.
Can I change the link on my card after it's been ordered?
No, we can not update the link on your card once it's been printed and shipped. If you need to change the link on your card, contact our support team for assistance in ordering an updated card!
