Once contacts are added to the system, they are assigned one of three contact statuses: In Queue, Active, or Complete.

You can use the Contact Status filter on the Contacts page to view contacts by status:

In Queue

In queue means that your review request has not been sent yet.

For more information on why a contact might be 'In Queue', take a look at this help article about In Queue contacts.

Active

'Active' status means they are currently in an active campaign. During an active campaign, though at least 1 review request has already been sent, there are still reminders that are queued to be sent to that contact in the future.

Complete

A contact's status is changed to 'Complete' after their campaign is completed. When the status appears as 'Complete', the contact is not set to receive any more messages.

A campaign is completed and contact will be labeled 'Complete' after one of the following three actions occurs:

  1. The recipient clicked all the way to a review site from a review request

  2. The recipient clicked to unsubscribe from future review requests

  3. The recipient has received all messages in the campaign - for example, if you have a 3 email series, assuming the contact has not taken actions #1 or #2 above on an earlier message, after the 3rd message has sent, the contact status would change from 'Active' to 'Complete'
