When replying to reviews from inside the Get More Reviews dashboard, you can use our AI-powered Review Replies feature to make responding to reviews even faster and easier:
To use AI-powered review replies, click to My Reviews in your dashboard:
You will see a "Reply" button next to the reviews that are available to be responded to:
Note: AI-powered review replies is currently available only for
Google and Facebook reviews. You must first have have connected/authenticated your Google and/or Facebook account under Review Sites.
Click on the Reply button to open the reply field. You can then click the Generate Reply button to have the AI tool generate a response:
Once the reply is generated, you can click in the reply field to edit the reply as needed:
Then, simply click "Post Reply" to have the reply automatically posted to your Google and/or Facebook page:
