Viewing and Managing Contacts
You can see a list of all the contacts you've added to the dashboard under the Contacts page:
On the Contacts page, you'll see a list of Contacts along with their associated data.
You can use the Search bar to search a specific contact by name, email, or phone number:
Use the Status filter to view contacts by status:
You can edit contact information, or delete a contact, under the Actions menu:
View Contact Activity
You can see the activity history of any contact by clicking on that contact's row in the Contacts list:
Once expanded, you'll see the contact's activity history, including:
Date initial review request was sent
Dates reminders were sent
Date contact opened review requests (if applicable)
Date contact clicked to review landing page (if applicable)
What review site was selected (if applicable)
Date private feedback was submitted (if applicable)
Date contact unsubscribed from campaign (if applicable)
